Essay

On the basis design decisions milk processing enterprises analysis, was found that all the existing plants have low adaptive capacity. To ensure the changing needs of the market in food (dairy products) was decided to use the main approaches of dynamically adaptive architecture in the organization of the food industry (dairy production plants). The study was approved module and block design method as one that meets the basic system requirements. According to the specificity of factor influence was proposed the classification of the major functional and planning and technological elements of the food industry ( dairy industrial buildings ), thus forming the corresponding dynamically adaptive structures. On the basis of this research, there was proposed the principles and techniques of dairy buildings and provided evidence-based recommendations.
