Niu Y. Optimization of development of the motive abilities defining productivity of game activity of basketball players of 13-15 years

This thesis focuses on the problem of an integrated approach to development of motive abilities, their interferences and interrelation with anthropomorphological indicators, functional and technical capabilities of young basketball players of 13-15 years. On the basis of the carried-out correlation and factorial analysis of 31 indicators of anthropometrical characteristics, level of all-physical, special physical, functional and technical readiness rather essential connection between them was established. Considering the analysis of communications between indicators, the analysis of literary data, results of factorial structure of readiness of young athletes, the experimental program of preparation was developed. The experimental program of preparation with use of occupations of a complex orientation allowed to receive authentically high rates on the all-physical readiness, special physical, functional and technical readiness. Component of the developed experimental program is use of the technique leaning on factorial structure of readiness of athletes. The developed technique allowed to increase essentially efficiency of competitive activity of 13-15 summer basketball players, indicators of technical and tactical readiness of athletes and authentically the total assessment of game activity in the course of competitions improved.
