Object of investigation: ecological and economic processes in agricultural land usage. The aim of investigation: working out of theoretical and methodical issues and practical recommendations dealing with formation of environmental and economic indicators of investment quality and substantiation of onvestment decisions in agricultural land usage. Methods of investigation: abstract and logical; systemic and structural; correlative and regress; comparative; grouping. Theoretical and applied results: as a result we formed scientific and methodical applications dealing with substantiation of financial and economic meaning of investment quality, as well as proposals concerning substantiation of investment decisions in agricultural land usage based on environmental and economic estimation of investment quality. New issues: firstly received: the financial and economic meaning of investment quality in agricultural land usage is substantiated; this substantioation is grounded on the classification analysis of conceptual approaches to understanding of the term "investments"; a scientific and methodical approach to modelling motivation constituent of ecologically oriented investment quality assessment is elaborated while forming a set of agricultural crops, which includes calculation of investors' individual preferences coefficient; firstly improved: methodical approach to outlining investment strategies in the agricultural land usage (banking, state, self-investment, foreign), which, in addition to existing ones, is added with such charactreistics of agriculture as environmental and economic system (EES) as: shaky character of the system, ability to self-regulation, openess; methodical approach to defining of ecologically induced investment risk in agricultural land usage, which, in contrast to existing ones, is being calculated with taken into account of land resources ecologically instability factors (acidity of soil, contamination of hard metals etc.); firstly developped: environmental and economic indicators of investment quality assessment, which, in contrast to existing ones, include following ones: structure of investment, which is formed with taken into account environmental factor, environmentally induced risk of investment portfolio, and profitability of investment portfolio, which is corrected by ecological risk; methodical approach to selection of identification criterion of investment quality in agricultural land usage, which along with ecological factor, provides calculation of vulnerability coefficients.
