The thesis is devoted to complex research the life and work of an outstanding scientist and plant physiologist Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukrainian SSR Andriy Myhailovych Grodzinsky (1926–1988). The paper disclosed conditions and key factors of the scientific world outlook of the scientist, his organizational analysis and research activities are disclosed and described the main directions of his scientific researches. In order to deepen the historical and analytical study carried periodization life and creative activity of the scientist.
