Object - pathogeneticpeculiarities ofpolytraumain the course of hypokinetic osteoporosis; the purpose - to establish pathogeneticpeculiarities ofpolytraumain the course of hypokinetic osteoporosis; methods - physiopathologycal, functional, biochemical, morphological, mathematicaland the results -thes is devoted to studying the pathogenetic peculiarities of polytrauma and bone remodelingin the course of hypokinetic osteoporosis. In terms ofthe developed model of polytrauma it was proved that in the body of injured animals there are en hanced lipid peroxidation and expressed cytolytic syndrome was observed, these parameters start to be significantly higher in animals with hypokinetic osteoporosis on 30-thday of experiment; under these conditions, in all periods of observation (10, 20 and 30-thday) in liver tissue there is decline in enzymatic and non-enzymatic parts of antioxidant defense; similar deviations are observed in the bone tissue. In the course of polytrauma there are decreased bone mineral density, marked signs of reparative osteogenesis during all period of experiment, which are most pronounced in animals with osteoporosis hypokinetic at 30-th day of experiment; during this period pathomorphological abnormalities in the tissue of the heart, kidney, muscle, and in bone in the area of fractures are increasing, indicating the phenomenon of re-exacerbation, which is a feature of the course of post-traumatic period in animals with hypokinetic osteoporosis.
