Object - Experimental traumatic illness during late displays; the purpose - to define mechanisms of morfo-functional infringements of a liver during late displays of traumatic illness and efficiency of application of Thiotriazoline in pathogenetic correction, methods - functional; biochemical; morphological; mathematical; results - on the basis of made polytrauma model was found that during the late manifestations of trauma from 14 to 21 days, increase of the intensity of lipid peroxidation in liver tissue was marked, increasing the activity of an enzymatic and nonenzymatic units of antioxidant protection, increase of cytolytic processes, increase of endotoxemia, increasing the content of circulating immune complexes and immunoglobulin classes A, M, G, breach of chologenetic, biliary, excretion and absorption functions of the liver, enhance of dystrophic-necrotic changes and symptoms of inflammation in the liver tissue. After 28 days most of the parameters are reduced from the previous period but does not reach the level of 14 days; use of Thiotriazoline from 7 to 14 days after polytrauma in the daily dose of 9.07 mg?kg-1 intraperitoneally is accompanied by a decrease in intensity of violations, eliminates the aggravation of the pathological process on the 21st days.
