Savchenko I. Regulatory system of competitive relationships between global market entities.

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects of competitive relations and tools transformation and of mechanisms of their regulation in the emerging global marketplace. In thesis genesis and evolution of competition theories in the scale of globalization have been investigated, principal directions of transformation of competition in the developing global market and key trends of globalization of regulatory system in the present conditions of the world economy have been defined. The dissertation has identified variation in national patterns of regulation of competitive relations basing on which the directions for improvement of regulatory tools of competitive relations in accordance with the current trends in the global market have been defined. General directions of the global regulatory system of competitive relationships are defined and its organizational and institutional levers are proved. Proposals of transformation of regulatory instruments of competitive relations in Ukraine are developed.
