Babeliuk O. Psychological conditions of professional self-determination of the contract serviceman.

By the results of the theoretical and methodological analysis of a problem of professional self-determination in psychology it is defined the psychological contents, structure and functions of this psychological phenomenon, concerning of serviceman, undergoing military service under the contract of privates and sergeants positions. In the process of empirical studies identified psychological conditions that determine the overall level, the typology and the dynamics of professional self-determination of serviceman undergoing military service under the contract on the positions of privates and sergeants, as well as psychological features of improvement of this process are revealed. According to the results of the empirical study developed a functional model of psychological support of the process of professional self-determination of serviceman undergoing military service under the contract and on its basis the basic directions of professional self-determination of contract serviceman servicemen have been substantiated.
