Essay

The thesis describes the obtaining of arabinogalactan from domestic raw material, creation of complexes with bromelain and betanin on its basis, the development of their technologies. The technology of obtaining of bromelain-arabinogalactan complex with proteolytic activity has been developed and economically grounded. The technology of complex obtaining includes the following stages: immobilization by complexation of bromelain with polysaccharide, drying the obtained complex, capsulation. The technical conditions and technological instructions for the production of bromelain-arabinogalactan complex has been developed. The reality of technology has been confirmed by the results of industrial approbation at the biotechnological factory.
