Object of research - communicative training of future air traffic controllers in the professional oriented disciplines' studying process; subject of research - pedagogical conditions of forming of air traffic controllers' communicative skills in the professional oriented disciplines' studying process; goal of research - theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of pedagogical conditions' effectiveness of forming of air traffic controllers' communicative skills in the professional oriented disciplines' studying process; methods of research - theoretical: review of philosophic, psychological and pedagogical literature, classification, systematization and generalization of abstract theorems, theoretical modeling; empirical: observation, pedagogical experiment, implementation of diagnostic procedures - questionnaire, oral and written interviews, tests; statistical: methods of mathematical statistics; scientific novelty: firstly the essence of notion "communicative skills of future air traffic controllers" has been defined concretely (a complex system of conscious speech operations based on theoretical and practical training that enables to use efficiently means and methods of professional communication in new conditions according to the assigned objective); the pedagogical conditions' implementation of successful forming of future air traffic controllers' communicative skills in the professional oriented disciplines' studying process are substantiated, notably: dialogic interaction, active learning and extracurricular activities; the criteria (data-speech, interactive and perceptually-cognitive), indicators and levels (high, midrange and low) of air traffic controllers' communicative skills forming have been defined and stages of their forming have been defined concretely (diagnostically-theoretical, practically-active and creatively-estimated); special course "Forming of future air traffic controllers' communicative skills" has been worked out and was put into practice of future air traffic controllers' professional training.
