Voronenko O. Training of leaders of higher educational establishments to the regulation of activities in the field of transfer of technology

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming of personality activity of teenagers in the process of planning of educator activity of class leader. The state of the research problem is studied in pedagogical theory and practice, defined purpose, principles, features and structure of planning of an educator activity of class leader. Specified indexes of criteria and found out the levels of forming of personality activity of teenagers. Grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical terms of forming of personality activity of teenagers in the process of planning of educational activity of class leader: the use of planning as personality-developing technologies in the educator activity of class leader; orientation of pupil's collective vital activity to forming all spheres of personality activity of teenagers, taking into account the results of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics and use of individual and group forms of educator work; promotion of personal activity of students and their readiness to the self-development outside school. Developed the model of forming of personality activity of teenagers in the process of planning of educator activity of class leader and presents the results of the research work.
