Zagnybida R. Pedagogical conditions of future tourism manager professional self-improvement during out of classroom activity

This scientific thesis is a theoretic-experimental research of the problem of future tourism manager professional self-improvement during out of classroom activity. The state of the problem's investigation in pedagogical theory and higher school practice activity has been analyzed in this work; the sense of such definitions as "elf-improvement", "professional self-improvement" has been clarified; the sense of such definition as "tourism manager professional self-improvement" has been identified; a model and pedagogical conditions of future tourism manager professional self-improvement during out of classroom activity have been worked out and experimentally approved; criteria, levels and points of future tourism manager professional self-improvement have been identified; methodological recommendations of future tourism manager professional self-improvement during out of classroom activity for teaching staff have been worked out.
