Mandrazhy O. Teachers' training for the innovational activities in the system of methodical work of comprehensive schools

In the thesis there has been established the essence of the system of methodical work of comprehensive schools, there has been proved its significance for organization of teachers' training for the innovational activities; there have been revealed the essence, content and stages of the innovational activities. For the first time there has been defined and theoretically grounded the notion, content and structure of the innovational environment in the system of methodical work of comprehensive schools. There have been specified estimation criteria of the level of teachers' training for the innovational activities. There have been worked out, scientifically grounded and experimentally verified the technology of teachers' training for the innovational activities in the system of methodical work of comprehensive schools. The benefit of its introduction has been proved.
