The study included 195 patients with BPH. Using polymerase chain reaction scrapings of the urethra, prostate secretions and remote intraoperative prostate tissue results STD infection pathogens in patients with BPH (46.6 %). As a result, studies of genital excreta and removed prostate tissue has been identified by DNA 145 STD pathogens in 91 patients. It is proved that in 92.3 % of infected patients with BPH marked discrepancy between the results of research Genital excreta and tissues of the prostate on STD pathogens .Results of our research demonstrated that infection with Trichomonas vaginalis is likely to lead to the development of active inflammation in the prostate and urethra in patients with BPH, which in turn can serve as a risk factor for infectious and inflammatory complications of urinary tract in the early postoperative period after cherezmihurovoyi prostatectomy particularly persistent or profuse gross hematuria and acute pyelonephritis.Research the necessity of perioperative identification of Trichomonas vaginalis, which allows to conservative planning and conducting prevention of complications of surgical treatment of patients.
