Tharenko E. Psychological and social exclusion of patients with schizophrenia paranoia in terms of compulsory treatment and its psychological correction

As a result of the socio-demographic, clinical psychopathological and psycho-diagnostic survey of 118 patients (men) who were forced treatment with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia F20.00 (42 people), F20.01 (35 people) and F20.02 (41 people) type of flow, established mutual clinical psychopathology, personal, interpersonal and environmental factors on the maladjustment of hospital patients with paranoid schizophrenia in forced treatment. Based on these results and a systematic approach to the study of the regularities of formation maladjustment hospital under compulsory treatment in patients with paranoid schizophrenia who developed a set of measures of its integrative psychosocial correction and prevention, assessed the effectiveness of its implementation. Defined clinical and psychopathological features of patients with paranoid schizophrenia affecting the onset and progression of maladjustment hospital under compulsory treatment. The features and behavioral dysfunction syndrome gospitalizma, as well as the interrelation between their severity and type of therapeutic environment for patients with paranoid schizophrenia who are in conditions of forced treatment.
