Essay

In the current study compared the results of treatment in the control and basic groups. Found that the inclusion of correction hemocoagulation disorders improves outcomes in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Using the combined of plazmapheresis, transfusion of fresh frozen plasma, and introducing a low molecular weight heparin, lowers plasma D-dimer blood to 482 ± 26 ng/ml and increases the activity of antithrombin-III to 77.8 % on the 14th day of treatment, improves and increases tissue perfusion of the pancreas. Embedded diagnostic and treatment algorithm, aimed at correcting the hemocoagulation disorders weakening of DIC, can reduce the incidence of infection of pancreatic necrosis by 6.6 %, 19.3 % MODS and mortality of 13.8 % in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
