Yuldashev A. Forecasting methods and how to perform the conversion during laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Thesis is devoted to the task of improving the results of treatment of patients with various forms of calculous cholecystitis by developing forecasting program conversion and unification indications for conversion during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Based on the analysis of the causes of conversion and clinical assessment of risk factors identified conversion formulated clinical, laboratory and instrumental criteria difficult perform LCE. Objectivistic clinical signs difficult LCE obtained using a mathematical formula predicting conversion. A program for the prediction of conversion during LCE based on the analysis of statistical significance of risk factors and the diagnostic value of the conversion methods preoperative diagnosis of choledocholithiasis. Refined indications for conversion based on the analysis of the causes and risk factors for conversion. Justified differentiated approach to the choice of the actual conversion at LCE. Program for conversion aims to identify possible difficulties during the upcoming LCE, which can lead to complications. The main objectives of the program were predicting conversion: identifying patients with contraindications to the LCE, LCE forecasting difficult implementation and use of a mathematical formula predicting conversion, which allowed to allocate patients at high risk of conversion.
