Essay

IThe basic methods of processing of particles of slime largeness are analyzed. The special role of flotation is shown for separation of fine slimes. Properties of slimes are investigational as an object of flotation and shown them heterogeneous, coal slimes surface oxidize degree of different brands is certain. Methodology of design of influence of particles surface oxidize degree is worked out on the terms of flotation complex existence and the analysis of results is executed. The floatability of the oxidized particles is investigational and the rational reagents modes and methods of serve of reagents are certain. The construction of emulsifier and flotation machine is created for oxidized slimes of sludge tanks flotation and their industrial tests are conducted. The scientific value of work consists in establishment of conformities to law of co-operation of phases during the elementary flotation act at the different coal particles surface oxidize degree. It allowed to work out flotation technology of oxidized slimes of technogenic deposits. The practical value of work consists of application of the got results of flotation for oxidized slimes of technogenic deposits. The substantive provisions of work are published in 18 works, including in 15 articles in the specialized scientific editions, recommended МES for the publication of dissertation works, passed approbation on three international conferences. Priority of basic scientific and technical decisions realizing the principles of flotation technology of oxidized slimes offered in dissertation is protected by 3 patents of Ukraine. The expected annual economic effect from introduction of job performances makes an about 965 thousands grivnas. Industry - mining (technical sciences)
