Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects of problem of increasing of competitiveness of labour force in the context of reerecting of innovative model of development. Investigational evolution of theories of innovative development, which the theory of cyclic crises of K.Marks, innovative theory of technological changes, neoclassical theory of innovations, is selected among. The special accent is done on modern conceptions of innovative development. Nature, place and role of labour force, is exposed in the structure of motive forces of innovative development. Certainly maintenance and criteria of competitiveness of labour force as a factor of innovative development. Consisting, tendencies and problems of development of labour potential as bases of providing of competitiveness of labour force, is analysed in Ukraine. Certainly basic determinants of competitiveness of labour force and essence of domestic method of evaluation of competitiveness of labour force is exposed. Determinants which influence on the competitiveness of labour force are structured. Endogenous and exogenous determinants are thus delimited, those which render moderate and intensive influence on the competitiveness of labour force. Grounded necessity of increase of intellectual development of labour force as an inalienable constituent of innovative policy. Certainly primary tasks of institutes of power on the basis of raising of strategic aims and authentication of effective economic and legislative instruments of forming of innovative economy of Ukraine.
