The object of research is the process of teaching the subject " Computer technology training " in pedagogical university; the aim - to theoretically justify , develop and experimentally test method of forming knowledge and skills with the use of interactive computer boards at students of pedagogical universities ; methods: analysis of pedagogical , psychological, instructional materials ; systematic analysis of the components of the existing methods build knowledge and skills in the use of interactive computer boards ; structural analysis and modeling techniques binary objectives, content , methods, techniques and tools ; methods of synthesis of the results; pedagogical experiment, mathematical calculations ; innovation - first theoretically founded, developed and tested : a model of binary aims and content that reflect the structure of the building of knowledge and skills with the use of interactive computer boards and content direction of professional training of teachers to ensure the effective use of interactive computer board students in further professional activities ; model three interval method of mastering content, consisting of total interval, the interval differentiated by features of perception learning material by the student, and instrumental range ; method of forming knowledge and skills with the use of interactive computer boards at students of pedagogical universities from teaching binary projects that are based on models of binary objectives, content , methods and tools to equip future teachers' knowledge and skills in the use of interactive computer board according to vocational training; were further developed model training aids during the formation of knowledge and skills with the use of interactive computer boards at students of pedagogical universities with due regard to the human perception of the subjects of study material which makes good use of interactive computer board for different groups of learners , results - proved scientifically developed implemented and tested methods of forming knowledge and skills with the use of interactive computer boards at students of pedagogical universities
