The thesis is devoted to the problem of bedsores treatment, complicating the proof loss of motive functions in patients, endured the spinal trauma. The investigation progresses the new direction of bedsores preparation for the plastic surgery, based on combined application of local ozone-therapy and ultrasonic cavitation, and universal approach to surgical treatment. It is demonstrated that the use of both local ozone-therapy and ultrasonic cavitation the regeneration, rejection of necrotized tissues, border epithelization and growth and maturing of granulation tissues are significantly intensified. It's reflected as intensification of clinical indexes of wound process course and integral indexes: velocity of epitelization (5,06±0,36%/24 hrs in a basic group vs 3,12±0,7%/24 hrs in a control group) and decrease of average post-surgery stay at the hospital (12,3±1,6 days vs 21,1±2,2 days accordingly). Surgical intervention for bedsores consists of 2 stages: debridement and plastics of a skin defect. Necretomy sometimes is combined with the plasty as a single-moment operation. Each of methods has the indications for bedsores of different localization and different size. It is proved that in bedsores the necessary element of surgery is removal/resection of a subjacent bone. According to results of research we formulated the conceptual model (algorithm) of bedsores treatment.
