Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of new diagnostic criteria for disorders of cognitive functions of primary school children with hyperactive disorder and dyslexia based on comparative analysis of the structure and the severity of cognitive disorders in these groups of children and the development of psychological correction principles. There is conducted medico-psychological analysis and systematization of scientific data on the study of cognitive disorders in hyperactive disorder and dyslexia. Particular attention is paid to clinical and psychopathological symptom of heterogeneity of hyperactive disorder and dyslexia. The empirical part defines and shows the results of the comparative analysis of the structure of cognitive disorders of children with hyperactive disorder and dyslexia. There is identified the criteria for the diagnosis of psychological disorders which include disorders of thinking operations; disorders of short-term memory, perception and motor skills, processes of discernment, memory, reproduction of temporal and spatial sequences, verbal stimuli, actions and symbols, sound rhythms, attention features. There is highlighted pathopsychological complex of symptoms which is native for the group of children with established cognitive disorders, which include breach of memory, attention, thinking, arbitrariness and psychomotor function. On the basis of diagnostic criteria for psychological diagnostics of cognitive disorders of primary school children with hyperactive disorder and dyslexia there are shifted the main areas of psychological correction and developed the basic principles of psychological correction of cognitive disorders of children with hyperactive disorder and dyslexia.
