Essay

The author analyzes the historical and theoretical- methodological principles of corporate social responsibility of MNCs. The evolution of scientific approaches, basic concept of global trends and features of the implementation of this approach in the activities of domestic companies. The complex study of basic scientific approaches to understanding the nature of corporate social responsibility and suggests author's definition: Corporate social responsibility - a concept and strategy of business in which the company integrates daily activities goals and values of the society in which it operates, social and environmental aspects, interaction with stakeholders stakeholders on a voluntary basis and is responsible for the results of their operations and the impact on society (as the local community, which operates and the global community as a whole). Based on the definition and classification of the components of corporate social responsibility of TNCs as a set of environmental, social, labor and economic responsibility, proposed an integrated approach to development and implementation of the corporate principles and calculation TNC interests of different stakeholder groups.
