Object of study: the development of global and national innovation and investment sphere in terms of the increasing production internationalization. Aim: deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation and investment development and working out scientific and practical recommendations to the country's innovation activities enhancing in terms of production internationalization. Methods: dialectical method; historical and logical methods; method of statistical analysis; method of analysis and synthesis; systematic approach; method of structural and functional analysis; economic and mathematical methods. Scientific novelty: structural basic model of the national innovation system is offered; the international scientific and technical cooperation definition is improved; a logical framework of innovation extension is developed; definitions of "investment and innovation development" and "innovation and investment development" are improved; the mechanism of functioning of country's innovation sector investment infrastructure in terms of internationalization is improved; a systemic and dynamic model of country's innovation and investment development is worked out. The research results are implemented in practical activities of Donetsk Regional State Administration; Donetsk Regional Council; Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk; Mariupol City Council; Mariupol Branch of the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce; PJSC "UkrEximBank", in the educational process of the Mariupol State University and Donetsk National University. Sphere of usage: interdisciplinary.
