Voitov S. Transformation of customs-tariffs regulation of Ukraine under the national economy internationalization.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical foundations, problems and mechanisms of improvement of customs-tariff regulation under the conditions of internationalization of the national economy. The study analyzes the scientific and theoretical, methodological and practical points of customs-tariff regulation according to and in interrelation with the modern internationalization and integration processes. A thorough historical and economic analysis of the origin and development of the customs-tariff regulation components, its categorical system, the actual structure and function have been carried out in the thesis. Within the framework of the study a modern regulatory and protective potential of the customs-tariff relations components is revealed, and the mechanisms of their control and the role of the customs-tariff regulation in development of trade and integration processes of Ukraine's economy are described. The paper provides proposals for complex optimization and transformation of the customs-tariff regulation regarding the use of its local instruments, optimization of the customs duty rates, customs taxing and its administration.
