Essay

The present work is dedicated to the study of actual scientific problem of modern pathophysiology - the problem of children disability, in particular the category of children, whose physical development is significantly limited by disturbances of visual function. It is known that due to the visual pathology children often develop secondary alterations which result in delay of physical development, reduction of indexes of cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular system and on the whole the workability of the organism.On the basis of the survey of psychomotor and psychophysical reaction of blind and poorly sighted children, which characterizes the properties of nervous processes and functional conditions with application of simple and complex oculomotor reactions, simple audiomotor reaction, sound corrective test along with the analysis of emotional state, it was revealed that children with visual pathology (blind and poorly sighted), at the age of from 7 to 17, leg behind practically healthy children without vision pathology of the corresponding age. The increase of physical developmental level through using corresponding physical exercises: measures of therapeutical physical training led to significant changes - body flexibility elevated by more than 1,5 times, endurance data improved, the ability to fulfil coordinative accurate movements -up to 15-23%.
