Essay

The thesis deals with a scientific study of evolution of Labor Migration within the European Union, an analyses of the principles for migration policy in the EU, a peculiarities of migrant workers’ rights realization in the EU as well as a legal status of migrant workers from third countries within the EU law. The analysis of the European Court of Justice case law on labor migration has showed the influence of legal practice on evolution of the key components of free movement of workers within the EU as fundamental right guaranteed to the EU citizens by the Treaties.
