Scientifically proved the need of increasing a drainage capacity of the existing drainage infrastructure, experimentally determined the available and required parameters of its technological efficiency, which were the basis for specifying the necessary degree of increasing its drainage capacity, developed the relevant principle to improve its structure, determined the calculation methods for its parameters, economical and ecological efficiency when protecting residential areas under the conditions of reclaimed lands transformation, as well as proved its effectiveness in the course of some real projects implementation.
