Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific rationale of the system for optimizing resource utilization stationary of medical institutions, which includes three methods: 1 - change of financing of medical institution from the method of budget items in a more flexible system, 2 - introduction of quality management system based on international standards ISO series, 3 - automation resource planning of hospitals. It was found out that each of these methods may be used independently, but their connection in a single system will allow to decrease general charges for treatment of surgical patients, to rationally distribute facilities and improve quality of hospital care.
