The theoretical and methodological grounds of development of management of training process of female athletes, which specialize in track-and-field jumps at the stage of specialized basic training, is defended. The complex system of managing the technical training of qualified female athletes, whose basis is the present-day sports technologies, is developed. The complex use of methods of "facilitating leading" and electrostimulation of muscles for technical training of female athletes that specialize in long jumps with the takeoff has been grounded and implemented in the training process for the first time. The method of electrostimulation of muscles has been grounded and implemented into the process of management of technical training of female athletes that specialize in high-jumps with the takeoff. The effectiveness of technical training of female athletes that specialize in track-and-field jumps at the stage of specialized basic training has been proved experimentally.
