The paper is devoted to the study of lipid metabolism, C-reactive protein, blood clotting system and fibrinolysis, heart rate variability in patients with unstable angina and the use of metabolic drug - mexicor. The study involved 132 patients with coronary artery disease. Found that the use of the background mexicor conventional treatment of coronary artery disease contributes to improved results of changes in lipid fractions, CRP and quickly eliminated imbalance in the autonomic system regulation of heart rate compared with patients who were on SMT. Drug with cytoprotective action (mexicor) is recommended for use in patients with coronary artery disease, especially in its acute forms (unstable angina) as to significant positive change lipid spectrum, CRP, and coagulation parameters of HRV and prophylaxis of life-threatening complications, so and to improve the prognosis in general.
