Essay

The dissertation is a profound historical and scientific study of the scientific foundations evolution due to national variety examination, organization and performance directions of the legislative coordinating variety inspection and registration. Analysis of historiography and source materials has allowed to cover prerequisites of systematic works implementing according to the varieties studying; to provide the common methodology of variety examination involving for all specialized establishments and to reveal the structure and objectives of variety range during the 1923-2013. The stages of the State Protection of Plant Varieties formation have been selected and systematization of scientific and organizational establishing of national variety examining has been developed according to obtained summaries.
