The thesis deals with the sources of international environmental law, the characteristics of their formation and development. The paper discloses the legal nature of the sources of international environmental law. Analyzed the essence of sources , their classification , developed its own classification vtorskaya sources of international environmental law, based on their nature , which includes , apart from the generally recognized acts as the decisions of international organizations and unilateral acts gosudarsva as sources of international legal obligations.
