Voznyuk O. Psychological conditions of application of active methods of studying in the process of the training of the specialists of social work.

The theoretical and methodological aspects of the problem are analysed in the thesis. The contemporary state of the theory and practice of professional training of future social work specialists is studied. The specifics and main components of professional communication of social work specialists are delineated. The professionally significant qualities of social work specialist's personality are defied that enable them to realise their professional activity. The model of the development of communicative capacities of the students at the lessons in psychology with the consideration of a new educational paradigm requirements is represented. The results of the thesis enable to come to the conclusion, that systemised, step-by-step application of the active methods communicative training is more effective means of students' training (social work specialists) in professional communication in the comparison with the episodic and sporadic use of these methods of training.The thesis represents the content, structure and the methods of formation of professional activity in the future social work specialists with the help of active methods of studying, that contains the individual approach and enables to develop social-perceptive, communicative and interactive faculties thus enhancing the competence in the professional communication. The results of the formation experiment proved the validity of the proposed in the hypothesis approaches.
