The thesis highlights professional andpedagogical training of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship at higher educational establishments. This research provides a theoretical analysis of professional and pedagogicaltraining problems of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship and proves its practicability; specifies the contest of the term "pedagogical conditions for forming Masters as teachers of higher educational establishments". Terms like "professional and pedagogicaltraining of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship" and "professional and pedagogicalreadiness of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship" have been introduced into the research usage. The model of professional and pedagogical training of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship has been proved and implemented into the educational process of higher establishments. The contest, means, forms and methods of forming professional and pedagogicalreadiness of the future specialists have been defined. The criteria have been singled out, the levels of professional and educational readiness have been definedand the list of indicators for their measuring worked out. Methodological approaches of professional and pedagogicaltraining of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship were specified, pedagogical conditions that provide high quality professional and educational training of Masters were singled out. The pedagogical experiment has provedthe effectiveness of the experimental modal and the specified pedagogical conditions for professional and pedagogicaltraining of Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship at higher educational establishments.
