Essay

Thesis is dedicated to development and research of energy criterions of machining. The theoretical study of functional dependence of the criterion "specific work of surface shaping" from cutting mode and parameters of cutting tool is carried out. New energy criterion "action of technological system" is developed. Experimental and theoretical study of functional dependences of developed criterion from cutting mode is performed. Using energy criterions together with technical and economic criterion, the selection of the scheme of manufacturing process and optimum cutting mode can be carried out.
