Kalinina O. Legal regulation the activity of companies in the European Union.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of companies within the EU. In this paper special attention is paid to the investigation of the provisions of the EU regulations, governing the establishment and the various aspects of corporate restructuring of companies, cross-border activities of entities, features of the functioning of supranational legal forms at the EU level, and the theoretical and legal aspects of the EU corporate law are investigated. The study carried out a comprehensive legal analysis of the legislation, regulating the cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in corporate law, and defined the basic principles for the regulation of the adaptation of national legislation of Ukraine with the EU acquis in the field of corporate relations.
