Mykhals'ka Y. Pecularities of psychological defense strategies construction in professional activity of nurses

Conceptual fundamentals of studying the problem in the dissertation paper are grounded and constituents of psychological defense and its psychological manifestations of nurses, working in different conditions of emotional tension are empirically determined. As result of empirical study,the representative relationship in manifestation of psychological defense strategies and content of personal, behavioral and communicative characteristics of nurses is proved, the typological complexes (conventional and conformal) of personal, behavioral and communicative characteristics of nurses, working in different conditions of emotional tension are stated.
