Filippov M. The non-instrumental detection of false information offenders on the state border features.

Based on the use of non-instrumental detection of false information to the professional activity of law enforcement officers experience analysis the criteria and indicators have been determined, as well as the possibility of its use in the professional activity of the personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine has been grounded. Considering the determined criteria and indicators of the State Border Service of Ukraine personnel competence in the sphere of non-instrumental detection of false information development, its structural and functional model has been elaborated, and the organizational and psychological conditions have been defined that ensure its successful functioning. During the approbation the program of this competence development has been grounded, elaborated and verified. According to the results of empirical research it was established that the using of non-instrumental detection of false information in the border guards’ professional activity efficiency has been determined by their competence in this sphere. The author's program implementation in the professional training of the State Border Service of Ukraine personnel system will enhance its activities efficiency in the area of non-instrumental detection of false information of the potential state border violators.
