Shkoliar Y. Forming of psychological readiness of future specialists of operational and rescue service of civil protection.

This thesis is devoted to the problem of forming of psychological readiness of future specialists of operational and rescue service of civil protection to professional activities in the process of professional training. Theoretical and experimental results of scientific research are substantiated in the work. Up-to-date views of scientists on the problem of psychological readiness of specialists of operational and rescue service of civil protection to professional activities in special circumstances, its structure and the process of its forming are analyzed, psychological peculiarities that influence its level and condition are determined. Three main components in the structure of psychological readiness to professional activities in special circumstances are singled out: motivational, intellectual-cognitive, and regulative. Dynamics of structural components of psychological readiness of future specialists and specialists of operational and rescue service of civil protection is characterized. Levels of their formation on the stages of professional training and professional activities are determined. Professional and psychological training of forming of psychological readiness of future specialists of operational and rescue service of civil protection to professional activities is developed and tested. Its aim is to increase the level of structural components of psychological readiness to professional activities.
