Essay

.Object of research - the process of repair of the damaged cornea after using kMSK different ways (biological cellular coverage and hydrogenation). The research aim - to examine the structural and functional properties kMSK that make up the suspension and developed biological surfaces and their mechanism of action as used in the experiment to improve the treatment of degenerative diseases and injuries of the cornea. Methods of study: morphological, immune enzyme, ophthalmologic methods and methods of mathematical analysis. In this paper we first established a high metabolic and functional activity of cellular components of the created cell biological coating ( СBC) after cryopreservation ; confirmed by unique morphological and functional features of stem cells and their ability to directed differentiation. For the first time shown that mesenchymal stromal cells in the bone marrow is effective in the treatment of degenerative diseases and injuries of the cornea. Formulated hypotheses about the mechanisms of action of cryopreserved mesenchymal stromal cells. The method of treatment may be used in clinical practice for the fastest ophthalmic medical and social rehabilitation of patients.
