Shackih V. Informative criterions of psychophysiological states of organism of highly skilled wrestlers in the current control conditions

The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of development and use of quantitative criteria of psychophysiological state of the qualified wrestlers under current control. As a result of our research we have found that the dynamics of training gathering of highly skilled Greco-Roman wrestlers is characterized by psycho-emotional fatigue, which is reflected in increasing of the nervous system arousal. Due to psycho-emotional fatigue fighters' ability to perceive and process information is deteriorating. The psychophysiological rating developed by results of current control is adjusted with the indicators of competition performance effectiveness of elite wrestlers. This fact proves high informativeness of the proposed criteria: nervous system working capacity, fatigue and anxiety by Luscher test, the accuracy and stability by test of nervous processes balance, capacity and limit the processing of information by the test of functional mobility of nervous processes, characteristics of heart rate variability.
