Essay

The dissertation extends scientific understanding of the importance of the corresponding field in professional development of a future pre-school teacher and specifies the concept of the referred structure as a systemic set of values and personal senses that holistically affect the development of other various areas of human activity. Structural dynamic model of value-sense sphere of future pre-school teachers in the context of leading factors and content of their initial professional development is elaborated and stated. Psychological aspects of the dynamics of students' value-sense sphere in accordance with the relevant field of study within high school education are systematically analyzed. Two basic value-sense orientations of future pre-school teachers are empirically stated: "Focusing on the child and adjusting to others" and "Focusing on career and achieving his own goals". Author training program is elaborated and tested in accordance with research results in order to optimize and harmonize the formation of value-sense sphere of future pre-school teachers.
