Essay

The thesis is devoted to the formation of professional characteristics of the e-commerce manager. The paper presents a theoretical synthesis and empirical results of solving scientific problems related to the psycho-pedagogical conditions and factors of the e-commerce manager qualities. The thesis presents a systematization of psychological approaches to the study of professional activity and manager professionalism in general and of an e-commerce manager in particular. There is shown the meaning of such concepts as "management of e-commerce" and "professional quality manager of e-commerce". There was determined the theoretical and methodological bases of e-commerce manager studying. There also was developed the conceptual model of e-commerce management and revealed a place of trust in the mechanism of interaction among participants of e-commerce. The author pointed out basic structural and semantic components of professional qualities of e-commerce manager and empirical researched psychological profiles of professional skills of active and future e-commerce managers - High School students. There was developed, tested and demonstrated the effectiveness of the author's program (formation of professional skills of future e-commerce managers) by analyzing the parameters of dynamic changes.
