Essay

The dissertation provides a comprehensive theoretical study into organizational culture in a socio-economic context. It investigates the impact of organizational culture on the development of ownership in a transformational economy. It covers the actual reasons for the use of institutions of organizational culture on economic activities of organizations (firms). Economic substance of an organizational culture in a post-industrial society exists as a complex socio-economic institution (mentality, trust, customs, and traditions). It is determined that organizational culture in economic activities has the nature of a social network and it can be measured by the level of social, intellectual and human capital which serves as a qualitative indicator of its development. The dissertation formulates and defines, in view of the organizational culture, how evolutionary development of ownership is subordinated to the interests of the person.
