Essay

The thesis is devoted to finding the most effective means and methods of improvement of objective control and organization of the training process and competitive activities in extreme conditions of their occurrence. As a result of the research are identified and formulated unambiguous mapping the flow of non-specific physiological reactions of nonspecific reactions emotional state. This relationship allows us to introduce an objective assessment of the emotional state of the athletes and establish an individual rate and optimum functional area of the heart, and to determine their relative voltage psychosomatic condition of the athlete.
