Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problem of optimizing the use of extracorporeal detoxification methods in patients with cirrhosis of the liver to reduce manifestations of portosystemic encephalopathy and toxemia. A clinical study in 73 patients with hepatic insufficiency.Studied the types and degree of portosystemic encephalopathy considering cognitive and endotoxemia in patients with liver cirrhosis. The influence of the degree of hepatic encephalopathy membrane plasmapheresis, plasma adsorption hemosorption and albumin. The optimal scheme of extracorporeal detoxification in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated portosystemic encephalopathy depending on the functional state of the liver. Found that membrane plasmapheresis does not reduce the manifestations of hepatic encephalopathy unlike hemosorption and plasma adsorption with albumin, increases the level of gamma globulin, as in hemosorption no effect on hepatic transaminases, which decrease during hemosorption and plasma adsorption with albumin. Increased levels of IgG and circulating immune complexes, which is typical for all the methods used, and reduces indices of intoxication .
