Dissertation research is devoted to the theoretical and experimental stydy of psychological conditions of becoming of moral self - appraisal of junior schoolchildren. A concept "moral self appraisal" offers. The influence of moral consciousness and self - consciousness is reflected on becoming of moral self - appraisal. The features of development of the object, characteristics of self - appraisal actions, standarts of moral self - appraisal, age-old tendencies and sexual differences are exposed. Factors and mechanisms of becoming of moral self - appraisal are educed. The basic types of moral self - appraisal:adequate, constructive and effective; disharmonious ( adequately - inadequate "inconstant");inadequately - destructive motivators of self - appraisal are distinguished. The educational - developing program of becoming of moral self - appraisal is worked out and approved for junior schoolchildren. Psychological terms and facilities of development of moral self - appraisal of children of midchildhood are generalized. Psychological facilities of becoming of moral self - appraisal are exposed for the children of primary school age.
