Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of forming readiness of future teachers for self-realization in extracurricular activities. The paper considers scientific works on the specified problem and defines the essence of such notions as "readiness for creative self-realization of a future teacher," "extra-curricular activities at a university," and "readiness for creative self-realization of a future teacher in extracurricular activities." It determines the structure, criteria, indicators and levels in readiness of future teachers for creative self-realization in extracurricular activities. This thesis provides theoretical justification and includes a description of experimentally tested pedagogical conditions to encourage forming readiness of future teachers for creative self-realization in extracurricular activities, with the abovesaid conditions realized in three subsequent stages, namely organizational-propaedeutic, creative and self-activated, and correctional-evolutionary stage.
