Viter S. Forming economic competence of junior specialists during their professional training in agricultural colleges

The dissertation investigates the problem of the formation of economic competence of junior specialists during their professional training. The essence of the concept of "economic competence of junior specialists during their professional training"is determined, the content and structure of the competence are substantiated, the criteria, indicators and the level of its formation are identified. The pedagogical conditions are determined and the model of forming of economic competence of junior specialists in agricultural colleges is proposed. Methods of forming economic competence of junior specialists based on of thecompetence, personality and activity and marketing approaches are improved. The optimal ways of combining different forms, methods and tools for effective learning formation of the investigated competence are defined.
